CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

This thread is for official CyanogenMod 14.1 builds for OnePlus 3. The following will not be supported here:

Mods
Xposed 

They don't support Xposed and any logcat which includes a Xposed module will be ignored. You're kindly invited to not report bugs if you:

Installation:

First time flashing CyanogenMod 14.1 on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible Recovery
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash CyanogenMod
Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package
Reboot

Battery icons cannot be changed (Can be modified in Settings>StatusBar>Status Bar Icons>Battery)

Flashing Instructions

1. YOU MUST flash 3.2.6 or 3.2.7 or be on 3.2.6 or 3.2.7 before flashing CM14

Wipe if coming from another ROM

Flash latest CM14

Prerequisites:

- Root:

You need to have root access on your Oneplus 3 to flash Miui V8.

- Battery:

Charge your OnePlus3 85% so that you wont encounter any battery related problems while updating it.

- Unlocked bootloader:

You must have a unlocked bootloader on OnePlus 3 to flash this rom.

- Recovery:

You need a custom recovery like twrp installed on your device.

How to flash:

- Download MIUI v8 for OnePlus 3 and place it in a folder which can be easily accessible on device internal storage.

- Reboot into TWRP using button combination and make a nandroid backup. (Optional)

- Wipe cache,system and data partitions. 

- Click on install and select MIUI v8 rom zip file and flash it.
